About Raphaël Renzulli, founder of ZULLI Conciergerie
Raphaël Renzulli is a lover of living spaces, a real estate enthusiast and a service professional with over 15 years of experience.
Trained in the field, in customer service and customer relations, he first worked in traditional real estate before taking on the commercial management of Espaces-Atypiques, a leader in non-standard housing, then at Engel & Völkers, an international leader in luxury real estate, gaining solid experience in providing tailor-made support to many property owners.
Another reality imposed itself: finding meaning. After years spent on trains, planes and in hotels, rushing from one appointment to another, Raphaël felt the need to reconnect with the essentials: a place, a rhythm, a more sincere relationship at work and in life.
This personal shift naturally led him to the Basque Country, a region that, in his eyes, embodies the perfect balance between elegance, authenticity and natural strength. The south is chic but without artifice, where people live in harmony with the elements, between raw light, sea air, pine forests, traditions and sea spray. A place where you can breathe, listen, observe... and build.
So it was in Bidart, facing the ocean and the mountains, that he decided to settle down and build a project on a human scale, in line with his core values.
This is how ZULLI Conciergerie was born. With a simple but powerful ambition: to offer a high-end, local, professional and deeply caring concierge service.
