Some cities impose limits (90 or 120 days), ZULLI supports you in complying with current legislation.

Yes, provided you have the owner's written consent.

ZULLI Conciergerie can assist tenants who wish to rent out their primary residence (e.g. during their holidays), but only if the lease and/or owner authorises subletting.

In this case, a copy of the lease, the owner's written authorisation and proof of insurance must be provided before the property can be rented out.

Of course. You remain in complete control of the schedule.
